Insurance Payment

At this time I am only accepting Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance
subscribers.

Private Payment
• If you do not have Anthem-Blue Cross Blue Shield, you will be responsible for my customary fee.  Upon request I will gladly give you a billing statement to submit to your insurance for payment. 

SHALIRAM YOGA STUDIO FEES
• Private Pay Only.  Fees based on type (individual or group) and length of class.
• I offer discounted class packages.  Fees vary based on the number of classes purchased.

LIMITED FINANCES

For those who would like to benefit from my services, but cannot afford to pay my full fee, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me.  I will try my very best to accommodate you.
